I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the hot springs were a highlight, I found the service chaotic and the room cleanliness could be improved. The restaurant's breakfast was a pleasant surprise, but the dinner options were disappointing. Overall, it was a unique experience, but some improvements could truly enhance the stay.

Rooms

The rooms were adequate but not very clean, and the hot water heater seemed old. Despite being quiet, the leaky windows left me feeling a bit chilly at 20 below zero.

The service seemed disorganized, especially with the management not appearing well-trained. It took a long time to check in and arrange activities.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this resort! The location in the Alaskan wilderness was stunning and offered plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities like dog sledding and soaking in the hot springs. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, contributing greatly to our overall enjoyment. However, be prepared for additional costs as nothing seemed to be included for free, which can add up.

This resort has some unique experiences and beautiful surroundings, but issues with room maintenance and service detracted from my stay. The hot springs are a highlight, but I wouldn't recommend it for families with younger children. Overall, while I enjoyed the activities offered, the negatives made it hard to fully enjoy my time here.

The facility had some charming aspects, but I faced several issues, including uncomfortable room conditions and disappointing dining service. The hotel has some fantastic activities like the geothermal springs and ice museum, but the service left much to be desired. The restaurant had nice food but was overpriced and the staff seemed overwhelmed and untrained. I enjoyed the hot springs but my room was cold and lacked basic amenities. In general, I'd say a day trip might be better than an overnight stay here.

Rooms

The room was outdated and unfortunately, the heating didn't work, making it quite uncomfortable at night. There were leaky windows which didn't help with the chilly temperatures outside.

The location is convenient for accessing the hot springs and other activities, but the journey to get there can be bumpy and long. It's a bit remote, so prepare to be unplugged for a while.
Dining

The restaurant offered some good food, notably the clam chowder, but prices were steep due to the lack of other dining options nearby.
