Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the hot springs were a highlight, I found the service chaotic and the room cleanliness could be improved. The restaurant's breakfast was a pleasant surprise, but the dinner options were disappointing. Overall, it was a unique experience, but some improvements could truly enhance the stay.
I had a wonderful experience staying at this resort! The location in the Alaskan wilderness was stunning and offered plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities like dog sledding and soaking in the hot springs. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, contributing greatly to our overall enjoyment. However, be prepared for additional costs as nothing seemed to be included for free, which can add up.
This resort has some unique experiences and beautiful surroundings, but issues with room maintenance and service detracted from my stay. The hot springs are a highlight, but I wouldn't recommend it for families with younger children. Overall, while I enjoyed the activities offered, the negatives made it hard to fully enjoy my time here.
I had a unique experience at this resort, with the hot springs being the highlight of my stay. The facility had some charming aspects, but I faced several issues, including uncomfortable room conditions and disappointing dining service. While the outdoor activities and the natural beauty were captivating, the overall stay felt lacking in comfort and service efficiency.
The hotel has some fantastic activities like the geothermal springs and ice museum, but the service left much to be desired. The restaurant had nice food but was overpriced and the staff seemed overwhelmed and untrained. I enjoyed the hot springs but my room was cold and lacked basic amenities. In general, I'd say a day trip might be better than an overnight stay here.
